I'm an Atlanta-based features writer with particular expertise in tea, vegan food, and animals.
After earning a B.A. in journalism, I worked as a staff reporter for a network of weekly newspapers in Florida. Now I direct communications at a nonprofit organization, while also writing for several publications as a freelance journalist. Primarily, I'm a writer and editor for Eighty, an international, print-only lifestyle magazine about tea. I'm also a regular contributing writer for Atlanta Magazine.
To inform my writing on tea and culture, I assist with operations for a matcha cafe, study Japanese language, and travel frequently.
